If you are doing for one person and if you want a generous portion, I will say get two eggs, break it and whisk it in a bowl. Afterwards, get a pan. Heat your pan or put the flame quite high.
Once it’s hot, reduce it to a medium flame. Put maybe a tablespoon of butter, reduce the flame and throw your eggs in the pan. Keep stirring it until it becomes soft and silky. Remove it and place it in a bowl and it’s ready to be served.
Now you can sprinkle some salt and pepper according to your taste. You could add some herbs if you like, like some parsley or chives, up to you.
