Every time when I buy salad dressings it’s always loaded with preservatives and extra calories. And after opening they often go bad before used up. I thought to make my own salad dressing but don’t know how to do that. Any idea?

For a tasty salad dressings, mix 1⁄4 cup of vinegar with 3⁄4 cup of oil and season with pepper and salt. For different variations you can try adding some Dijon mustard, honey, balsamic vinegar, orange juice, maple syrup, garlic or lime juice. Do small experiment, you will be surprised to see how many great tastes you can create with little experimentation!
